From Bihar to the House of Lords: Neyaz Khalid Noor Receives Honorary Doctorate in Social Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Business

London, United Kingdom | 8 July 2026— Mr. Neyaz Khalid Noor, Founder and Managing Director of Luhaif Globals Pvt. Ltd., was honoured at a distinguished reception hosted at the Cholmondeley Room & Terrace, House of Lords, Palace of Westminster, by The Lord Loomba, CBE, on behalf of Bharat Mahotsav – Festival of One India, celebrating Indian achievers making a global impact.

Mr. Noor arrived in London on 29 June 2026 to participate in the Bharat Global Business Summit, where he was felicitated alongside accomplished leaders from diverse industries. The recognition follows the conferment of an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) in Social Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Business by the London School of Business & Science on 1 July 2026, acknowledging his outstanding contributions to enterprise-building and social impact over a career spanning more than seventeen years.

Mr. Noor’s journey is a story of grit, resilience and purpose. Born and raised in Bihar, he came from a modest background, without a business legacy, financial backing or influential networks. What he possessed instead was conviction, perseverance and an unwavering belief in creating opportunities through hard work.

In 2009, he founded Luhaif Developers in Patna and built it from the ground up into a company trusted with complex energy and petroleum infrastructure projects executed to stringent public sector quality and compliance standards. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Mr. Noor subsequently established one of the region’s notable first-generation entrepreneurial success stories, building a diversified, multi-vertical business group with a national and international footprint.

Today, Luhaif Globals Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in New Delhi, drives capital allocation, governance and strategic expansion across multiple sectors, including LEDSAK AI, an artificial intelligence-powered sales acceleration SaaS platform serving SMEs across India and the GCC, and Dermalogy Care, a consumer healthcare venture focused on improving access to quality wellness services in India’s tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

The honour also recognises Mr. Noor’s longstanding commitment to social impact. In July 2013, he co-founded Save the Quest, a charitable trust dedicated to advancing inclusive education for visually impaired students across India. For over thirteen years, the organisation has worked to provide access to technology, education and sustainable life opportunities for underserved communities.

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Noor is an active angel investor and mentor to early-stage Indian startups and was a featured speaker and delegate at the India AI Impact Summit 2026.

For the people of Bihar, this recognition on one of the world’s most prestigious stages represents a moment of collective pride—demonstrating that determination, vision and purpose can enable individuals from the heartland of India to achieve global recognition and carry their state’s name to the Palace of Westminster.

“I come from a place where opportunity had to be created, not inherited. This recognition belongs to Bihar, to the teams I build with, and to the communities we serve. It deepens my resolve to keep proving that commercial success and social purpose belong in the same balance sheet.”

Mr. Noor was also featured in the June 2026 edition of Bharat Connect magazine, published on the occasion of the Bharat Global Business Summit, London.
